“Are you sure promoting a diet plan like the GM Diet is a wise thing to do? I've looked it up and it is promoted to be "a miracle plan that malkes you lose 10+lbs" in a week. To me, it looks like a variation of the cabbage soup diet which can and will (like every crash diet) lead to weightloss due to water and musce loss. Side-effects are light headedness, sore muscles, excessive hunger pains and so on. Are you sure you want to do this? It is not healthy. Your body will not thank you.”
I’m not promoting it. Someone asked me about this plan to post I did and others saw it. I wrote once that I never did this plan and know about it only from what I’ve read online.
