Recipe for the baked chocolate banana raspberry oatmeal
Ingredients: 60g oatmeal, 1/2 - 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon dark cocoa powder (or more), sweetener of choice, half a banana mashed, 100 ml non dairy milk, chopped almonds (like a spoonful or so), raspberries
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius
2. Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Then add banana, milk and almonds and stir. At last fold in raspberries.
3. Bake for about 20 minutes.
4. Top it with more banana, raspberries and almond butter :)
